as Georgia's Official Folk Life Play, Swamp Gravy brings local history and culture to life through music, storytelling, and unforgettable performances.

Following the matinee performance, travel to Eufaula, Alabama, for overnight accommodations.   This evening, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant (included)

After breakfast (included) depart for Plains, Georgia, to visit the 

Boyhood Farm of America's 39th President Jimmy Carter. 

The farm provides a fascinating glimpse into rural 

Georgia life during the Great Depression.

Continue to Andersonville, GA. Here you will have lunch on your own 

with time to explore the annual Living History Encampment, 

where reenactors, demonstrations, and 

interpretive programs bring Civil War history vividly to life.  

This afternoon, embark on a site driving tour of the infamous historic

 Andersonville Prison of War Camp
